The Town Council Website.

The Town Council of Palma is doing a great effort to improve the quality of its services, getting close to citizenship through its website and incorporating new technologies to the Town Council to avoid citizens have to come to our offices.

As a consequence two projects have been put in motion:

The Portal de Transparència, in which is going to index information published on the website and add new information, based on defined indicators by Transparència Internacional Espanya.

The Electronic administration for citizen's procedures with the Town Council. It can be done electronically 28 procedures with digital certificate (https://seuelectronica.palma.es/), avoiding to have to submit the documents personally.

The Town Council in order to satisfy the citizenship demands has as an objective to gather information with the present survey so be able to prioritize the efforts deciding which information must be published first and what procedures have to be incorporated into the Seu Electrònica before.
